About EverRise Essence

Anyone can send you a sample. We can send you the same sample in two years.

EverRise Essence supplies fragrance oils to brands and resellers who have to reorder. We don't run a plant. We run the part that decides whether your reorder smells right.

Matching a scent once is the easy part. Matching it again — after the raw material lot changed, after the line was rescheduled, eighteen months later — is the part that decides whether you keep a supplier or start looking again.

The problem

The problem nobody puts on a website.

You approved a sample. You built a product around it — the bottle, the label, the price, the story you tell your customers.

Six months later you reorder. It arrives. It's close. But it isn't the same. Nobody sent you a warning, because nobody kept the sample you approved. There is nothing left to compare the new batch against.

Why it happens

Three reasons it happens. None of them malicious.

Batch drift is rarely sabotage. It is the predictable result of how most fragrance production is scheduled, dosed, and recorded.

01

Scheduling

A plant sequences production by order size. Your 20 kg sits behind someone's 500 kg. When the line finally runs, a raw material may get substituted to protect the schedule rather than the scent.

02

Dosing

Manual weighing on a trough mixer is accurate to the gram, not the centigram. On a 30 kg batch, a few grams of a top note is a different fragrance.

03

No reference

If nobody kept the sample you approved, there is nothing to compare the new batch against. “Close enough” becomes the standard by default.

What we do about it

Five things, on every fragrance we supply.

None of this is exotic in flavour and fragrance. What is unusual is a supplier this size actually running all five — and handing you the records afterwards.

01 / Formula1

A formula number that stays yours

Fixed and recorded, not re-derived from memory the next time you order.

Recorded per customer
02 / Reference2

A retained reference sample

Before your sample ships, we keep one. It stays on the shelf for as long as you keep ordering.

Kept, not discarded
03 / Dosing3

Dosing to 0.01 g

MES-controlled dosing against the confirmed formula. It removes the part that used to depend on whose hands were on the scale.

Automated, not manual
04 / Release4

Released against your reference

Bulk is compared to your retained sample — profile, intensity, performance — before it leaves. Not after you complain.

Before shipment
05 / Records5

A paper trail you can use

Batch No., production date and COA on every batch. If a batch is ever questioned we open the retained sample and the production record, and run GC/MS where it is needed.

Batch No. / COA / GC-MS

By the numbers

The numbers we can actually show you.

Not floor space or headcount. These are the four that decide whether your second order matches your first.

MES-controlled dosing against the confirmed formula, not hand weighing on a trough mixer.
100%

No bulk leaves until it has been compared to the retained sample you approved.
1–10 kg
MOQ per fragrance
Depending on the formula and customization. Trial-sized first orders are normal here, not an exception.

Confirmation to dispatch
Once samples and order details are approved, production and shipment are normally arranged within this window.

Plainly

What we are, plainly.

We don't own a production plant. Your oil is produced in ISO-certified partner facilities, under our formula and released by us.

That search became a working catalog of reliable materials, repairable construction, and quiet forms. Today we work with independent makers and small factories to keep the selection focused, useful, and easy to understand.

Who you'll be talking to

One person owns your account, end to end.

I'm not going to pretend this is a hundred-person operation. It isn't. Here is what that actually means for you.

L

Luna

Founder — sourcing, QC and documentation

Every quote, every sample, every batch, every problem. No handoff to a colleague who wasn't on the original brief, no re-explaining your formula to someone new. I know what you ordered, at what concentration, in what packaging, and what your customer said about it.

Honest limits

Where we're not the right fit.

Four things we would rather tell you now than have you discover on your third order.

01 / Range1

We don't hold 10,000 scents

A focused list moves regularly. Those are the ones we know how they behave in wax, in alcohol and in cold process — because we have watched them fail somewhere.

Depth over breadth
02 / Speed2

We don't quote in ten minutes

To recommend a concentration we need the application, the market and the price position you are aiming at. A number without those is a guess, and you would be the one paying for it.

Questions first
03 / Compliance3

We don't put brand names on your documents

Designer-inspired oils ship under our own reference names and scent descriptions, so your CPNP notification and your label do not carry someone else's trademark.

Clean paperwork

Where to start

Send me three things.

What you are making — candle, perfume, diffuser, body oil. The retail price you are aiming at. And if you already have a supplier, the oil you are using now.

What happens next

You get back a shortlist with concentrations and a per-kg price, plus samples to test. If a sample is right, we keep one on the shelf with your name on it. That is when this actually starts.
